Sullivan is the county seat of Sullivan County. Sullivan is on U.S. Highway 41, a main route between Evansville and Chicago, and is 25 miles south of Interstate 70 at Terre Haute. In addition to Sullivan this district serves customers along the Texas Gas Transmission's Pipeline including the incorporated towns of Riley in Vigo County, Dugger, Farmersburg, Hymera, Shelburn, and Sullivan in Sullivan County, and Winslow in Pike County. Service includes areas in these Indiana counties: Greene, Pike, Knox, Sullivan and Vigo.

Additional Communities: Blackhawk in Vigo County; Cass, Curryville, and New Lebanon in Sullivan County; Arthur, Ayrshire, and Campbelltown in Pike County.
