Office Hours and Requests for Service:
Ohio Valley Gas would like to remind all of its customers that our offices are open from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Please contact us during these hours for all questions pertaining to billing and other needed services to your premises. If you need emergency service outside of our normal working hours please call us at the after-hours telephone number listed for your district. We do not perform routine (non-emergency) service work outside of our normal working hours. All of our telephone calls will be answered by an Ohio Valley Gas employee who is trained to respond to emergency natural gas situations.
When you call us after-hours you will be talking to one of our employees by either a cell phone or over a two-way radio system. The design of the two-way radio system does not allow for both you and our employee to be talking at the same time. After you stop talking there will be a slight pause before you hear our employee begin talking. This system allows us to provide emergency service in the most economical and reliable manner.
